Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Audrey Bull’s relationship with you in relation to this website.

The term “Audrey Bull” or “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Audrey Bull, 15 High Street, Narberth, Pembrokeshire SA67 7AR. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

Pricing and Payment

Prices throughout the website are quoted in Pounds Sterling, and payment can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling. Prices include VAT. Delivery costs will be added to the total price of your goods.

While we make every effort to ensure that the goods shown on our website are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If goods you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Unless there is a pricing error made on our website or in the ordering process, the price you pay is the price of the goods shown at the time you place the order, even if the price of the goods has since changed.

If a pricing error is made on our website or in the ordering process we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of buying the goods at the correct price or cancelling the order. Your order will be cancelled if we cannot get in contact with you to notify you of the error.

Payments can be made by credit card, debit card or cheque and we will not despatch any product until we receive confirmation of payment. Your payment card will be debited for your order on the day that we despatch your goods and your payment will be processed by secure connection at the time you place your order. Payments by cheque will take longer to process. Cheques should be made payable to Audrey Bull. Please write your order number on the back of the cheque.

Gift Wrap

All Jewellery will arrive in one of our stylish boxes or you can choose to have your jewellery gift wrapped in our finest hand made paper with ribbon.

Gift Vouchers

You can purchase gift vouchers at Audrey Bull. These will be added to your shopping bag as a normal item and you can choose to have them posted to yourself or your recipient. Gift vouchers bought on this website are valid for either website purchases or items in the Narberth Shop.

Delivery Information

Items in stock are usually dispatched within 48 hours, Christmas and busy times of the year 2-5 days. We will keep you informed regarding your order and you will be advised of any delay by email or telephone. All items of jewellery are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery service and must be to a verifiable postcode and physical street address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
A signature is required at the shipping address. If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school etc, the carrier may accept the signatures of employees, receptionists and similar personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practises noted above.

In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us in writing within 48 hours of your receipt and we will replace free of charge. Any jewellery that is returned to us damaged which we have not had prior notice of, will not be credited.
In the case of non-delivery, please wait 5 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed.

Delivery Charges

All orders for jewellery over £300 will be delivered free of charge to one UK address.
Royal Mail Special Delivery charges to a UK address will be £6.95
Furniture and Homeware - a delivery charge will be advised.
If the order is returned to us because there was no-one present to sign for the parcel, then repeat delivery charges will be your responsibility.

Guarantee

Each piece of jewellery is guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase within the bounds of normal wear and tear.
We cannot exchange or refund damaged goods or items broken through no design or manufacturing fault. For example: dropped on hard surfaces, worn in water/swimming pools, knocked, or pulled by children etc.
Items are inspected and any damage deemed to be normal wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
A repair service is available for items which have suffered normal wear and tear. There is a charge for this service which can be advised following inspection.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your goods they can be sent back for exchange or refund. The goods must be returned unworn, in their original packaging with tickets still attached within 7 days of receipt. Audrey Bull will not accept returns for any item that has been worn and tags removed. Regrettably, earrings cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons except in the case where they have been delivered damaged or faulty.
Refunds may take up to 3 weeks.

We are not responsible for postage costs unless items were found to be damaged or faulty on arrival. Returned items for whatever reason must be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. We do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

How to proceed with Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us within 48 hours for your Authorised Returns Number either by email or in writing. We regret, we are unable to take returns at any of the shops, it must be done via the website.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights but are offered as an extension to them.
