3. What information do we collect?
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. • Legitimate interests - this basis will be used for the protection of our customers as well as promoting our products and services.

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. We will treat personal data confidentially and in order to fulfil your order we may need to disclose some of your information to our delivery partner Royal Mail.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
7. Where do we store and process personal data?
If you are a European resident please note that we are processing your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
8. How do we secure personal data?
Audrey Bull has engaged Shopify as its website provider. Shopify’s security controls encrypts data sent to and from Audrey Bull and its customers using the HTTPS protocol. Shopify also encrypts any sensitive stored information, and salts and hashes customer passwords using bcrypt.

Unfortunately the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. We recommend that you use anti-virus software, routine credit checks, firewalls and other precautions to protect yourself from security and privacy threats.

9. How long do we keep your personal data for?
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Please note, however, that in accord with HMRC record keeping requirements adequate financial records will need to be kept for six complete financial years. To maintain such records in accordance with this statutory obligation, details of customer orders and supporting information will need to be kept.
