Pricing and Payment
Prices throughout the website are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and payment can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling.
Prices include VAT where applicable. Our VAT number is 850831040.
Delivery costs will be added to the total price of your goods where applicable and will be shown before you complete your purchase.
While we make every effort to ensure that the goods shown on our website are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case.
If goods you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible and offered the option of a refund or alternative product.
Unless there has been a pricing error on our website or in the ordering process, the price you pay is the price shown at the time you place the order, even if the price of the goods have since changed.
If a pricing error is made on our website or in the ordering process we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling the order. If we cannot contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled and any payment made will be refunded.
Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, Klarna or PayPal.
We will not dispatch any product until payment(s) has been received and authorised.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers can be purchased through the website and will be added to your shopping bag as a normal item.
You may choose to have them posted to yourself or directly to the recipient.
Gift vouchers purchased from this website are valid for purchases made on this website or in the Audrey Bull Narberth shop only. They are not redeemable at the Carmarthen or Tenby shops, which operate as separate businesses.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Delivery Information
Items in stock are usually dispatched within 48 hours. During busy periods such as Christmas this may take 2–5 working days.
We will keep you informed regarding your order and you will be advised of any significant delay by email or telephone.
All items of jewellery are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail tracked services dependant on the service you have selected and paid for and must be delivered to a verifiable postcode and physical street address. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
A signature may be required on delivery.
If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex or similar location, the carrier may accept the signature of reception staff or other authorised personnel upon delivery.
Risk and responsibility of the goods passes to you once the goods have been delivered to the address provided in your order. Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel (as mentioned above), we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices referred to above.
If you believe your item has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can assist in resolving the issue.
Delivery Charges
All orders for jewellery over £500 will be delivered free of charge by Special Delivery to one UK address.
Standard Orders under £100 will be charged a flat rate of £5.95.
Furniture and homeware delivery charges will be advised where applicable.
If an order is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, repeat delivery charges may apply.
Guarantee
Each piece of jewellery is guaranteed for 6 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing faults under normal use.
This guarantee does not cover damage caused by but not limited to:
- accidental damage
- dropping items on hard surfaces
- exposure to water or chemicals
- excessive force or pulling
- normal wear and tear
Items returned will be inspected and any damage deemed to be normal wear and tear may not be accepted as faulty.
A repair service is available for items which have suffered normal wear and tear. Charges may apply and will be confirmed following inspection.
This guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your goods purchased online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
You must notify us of your intention to cancel within this period.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Returned goods must be:
- unworn
- in original packaging
- with tags still attached
unless the goods are faulty.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
We recommend that returned items are sent using a tracked or insured postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost during return transit.
Unless goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
If you believe an item is faulty or was damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
