Returns

Returns and Exchanges

At Audrey Bull, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your goods, they can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You must notify us of your intention to cancel within this period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
Goods must be returned unworn, in their original packaging and with tags still attached.
We cannot accept returns for any items that have been worn or for items where the tags have been removed. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except in the case where they are faulty or damaged upon delivery.

Refunds for Cancellations, Faulty, or Damaged Goods:
Refunds for cancellations or for damaged or faulty goods will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
In the unlikely event that your product is damaged in transit, please contact us in writing as soon as possible. Once the item has been returned to us and inspected, we can either replace it free of charge or issue a full refund.
Any jewellery returned to us damaged, where we have not been notified of the damage beforehand, will not be credited.

Return Process:
We recommend returns are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. We cannot accept liability for any goods lost in return transit. You are responsible for ensuring the items reach us safely.
We are not responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or was damaged on arrival.

Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. If you paid via credit card, the refund will be credited to the card you used for payment. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account. This may take up to an estimated three working days to appear on your account.

Statutory Rights:
These terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are entitled to return goods if they are faulty or not as described and your statutory rights remain intact regardless of our returns and exchanges policy.

Faulty Items

This policy applies to items purchased via the Audrey Bull website and does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, customers are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We cannot exchange or refund items that are damaged due to reasons unrelated to design or manufacturing faults (see Exclusions below).

When notifying Audrey Bull of a faulty item, the following time limits apply from the date of delivery of the item to you:

Within 30 Days of Delivery

Customers may request a full refund for faulty items within 30 days of delivery, provided proof of purchase is supplied (for example: a receipt or bank statement).

After 30 Days and Within Six Months of Delivery

If a fault develops after 30 days but within six months of delivery, Audrey Bull may offer a repair or replacement in the first instance. If a repair or replacement is not possible, unsuccessful, or disproportionate, a refund may be offered.

After Six Months of Delivery

After six months from the date of delivery, customers may still be entitled to a repair, replacement or partial refund if they can prove that the item was faulty at the time of delivery. Any refund offered may take account of fair wear and tear, use and depreciation.

Jewellery Care

Jewellery should be handled with reasonable care and in accordance with any care instructions provided. Natural wear, tarnishing, accidental damage, stone loss caused by impact and damage caused by chemicals, perfumes, water or improper storage are not considered manufacturing faults.

Exclusions

Audrey Bull is not required to provide a refund, repair or replacement where:

  • the item has been damaged through misuse, accidental damage, neglect or normal wear and tear; such as items that have been dropped on hard surfaces; items exposed to water, such as worn in swimming pools; items that have been knocked, pulled or subjected to excessive force (e.g. by children, pets, etc.)
  • the item has been altered or repaired by the customer or a third party without authorisation by Audrey Bull;
  • the fault was caused by failure to follow any care instructions.

Return Process:

We recommend that faulty returns are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. We cannot accept liability for any goods lost in return transit. You are responsible for ensuring the items reach us safely. Audrey Bull will refund postage costs where goods are acknowledged to be faulty.

Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
